PRIVACY POLICY
Short version: we only collect what you type into our contact form, we use it to get back to you, and we don’t sell it to anyone. Ever.
What we collect
When you fill out the contact form, we receive what you submit: your name, email, phone (optional), where the house is, what you’re looking to do, your timeline and budget range, and anything you write in the message. That’s the only information this site collects about you. There are no accounts, no newsletters, and no forms anywhere else.
How we use it
Your inquiry is emailed to us so we can reply, and you get one automatic confirmation email. That’s it. We don’t sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to any marketing list.
Who touches it along the way
The site is hosted on Vercel, and inquiry emails are delivered by Resend — both act as processors to move your submission from the form to our inbox, where it lives like any other email. Standard web server logs (IP address, pages requested) exist at the hosting level, as they do on every website.
Cookies & tracking
We run no analytics and no ad trackers. The site remembers one thing in your browser — that you’ve seen the loading animation — and that never leaves your device. The embedded Google Map on our shop and home pages is served by Google and may set its own cookies; Google’s privacy policy applies to that map.
