Located in Scottsdale’s prestigious Gainey Ranch community, our full scale renovation transformed a compartmentalized 1989 residence into a cohesive 7,422 square foot resort-inspired home on a 1.04 acre lot. We stripped the home back to its core block construction to reimagine the floor plan, prioritizing natural light, clear sightlines, and an effortless flow between indoor and outdoor living spaces for seasonal living and entertaining.
